Cardiology Nurse

CentraCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Practice Nurse to join our Clinical Cardiology team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and clinical support to cardiology providers while promoting exceptional patient experiences and positive health outcomes. The Practice Nurse serves as a key member of the care team working with patients through hospital, clinic and outreach services. Schedule Full-time| 72 hours every two weeks | On-site Days | 8- hr and 12-hr shifts 1—12hr shift per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) | 7:30am-5pm range 3—8hr shifts per week | 7:30am-8pm Pay and Benefits Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour Bachelor's in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour Master's in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour Full-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available Qualifications Graduate from a nursing program required, BSN or MSN preferred BSN required within three (3) years Current Minnesota RN license required. 1 yearof recent cardiology work (i.e., critical care nursing, heart catheterization, emergency room) required. 2 years of experience working in a cardiovascular disease program. Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card per established policy required. Sufficient knowledge to recognize abnormal laboratory data and other diagnostic testing results necessitating reporting to physicians required. A valid Minnesota class D driver's license and a vehicle available for work, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage may be required.
