Field Safety Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking a Safety Coordinator for a top construction client. This individual will support day-to-day safety operations on active construction projects by conducting inspections, assisting with training efforts, maintaining compliance documentation, and helping identify and mitigate workplace hazards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about creating a safe working environment for all personnel. Day-to-Day: Observations & corrections of safety conditions Field safety audits Coaching craft teams on best practices Must-Haves: 5 year of full-time construction experience, one of those years being safety focused OSHA 30 (minimum) Must be able to submit documentation of qualifications before being placed in the field Plusses: Data Center or Semiconductor Project Experience Mechanical Contractor Background Compensation: $40/hr to $51/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
