Visual Merchandising Production Designer

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Visual Merchandising Production Designer to provide project-based support for retail visual merchandising guides and store execution materials. This individual will partner closely with Visual Merchandising, Fixture, Signage, and Floor Plan teams to translate merchandising direction, fixture layouts, floor plans, and signage placement into clear, accurate, and user-friendly store execution guides. The ideal candidate has strong production design experience, is highly proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, and can create, edit, and manipulate product and fixture imagery to visually communicate merchandising concepts while adhering to established templates, brand standards, and design guidelines. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of production design, graphic design, or retail visual merchandising experience Advanced Adobe InDesign and Photoshop skills, including multi-page layouts, image editing, and asset management Strong Adobe Illustrator experience Experience creating merchandising mockups, product placement visuals, and fixture renderings Experience developing retail execution guides, planograms, instructional materials, or other production-focused deliverables Strong layout and production design skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience developing visual merchandising guides or store execution materials for a multi-store retailer Familiarity with retail fixtures, product presentation, planograms, floor plans, and signage placement Experience supporting Visual Merchandising, Store Planning, or Store Operations teams Experience using digital proofing and approval tools, such as Adobe Workfront or similar platforms, to manage feedback, revisions, and approvals Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Asana.
