What You’ll Do:

Sure, you’ll be charting, setting up operatories, and perfecting your ‘dental chair ninja’ moves—but more importantly, we need someone who knows how to show up with heart, help wherever needed, and make patients feel like they’re in the best hands possible.

• Provide empathetic chair-side support to our Dentist and Hygienists, including charting and patient education
  You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the friendly face patients trust, and the right hand our providers can’t live without.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and maintain a welcoming, efficient operatory
  Think of yourself as the behind-the-scenes magic maker—keeping the schedule on time and the vibes on point.
• Take and process X-rays
  You'll capture the perfect shots (no awkward selfies here) to help our team diagnose and deliver top-notch care.
• Maintain accurate records and treatment plans per Dentist’s instructions
  You’re part detective, part scribe—making sure every chart tells the real story and every treatment plan is spot-on.
• Keep operatories and equipment clean and sterilized
  Because sparkling rooms and squeaky-clean tools aren’t just nice—they’re the secret sauce of top-tier care.
• Track and prepare lab cases in advance of daily schedules
  You’ll be two steps ahead—so crowns, appliances, and cases are ready to shine exactly when we need them.
• Keep the process moving
  Enter treatment plans, present simple treatment plans to patient, writing doctor’s notes into the patient’s chart, collect chairside payments

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for that rare combo : someone with hustle, heart, and a hunger to grow. You’ve got your Dental Assistant certification (or you're working on it), X-ray know-how, and maybe a coronal polish in your back pocket—but what really sets you apart? You care. About people. • Compassionate, strong attention to detail, warm demeanor, and a love for working with others
• A team player who’s ready to jump in, help, and make patients feel at ease
• Dental Assisting Certification (state of TN) from an accredited school
• High school diploma or equivalent
• X-ray Certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
• Coronal polishing and Nitrous Oxide certification preferred
