What You’ll Do Run consultations with prospective clients to assess their immigration needs and present the firm’s legal solutions clearly and confidently. Convert qualified leads into retained clients by building trust and communicating value. Collect detailed client information through active listening and targeted questions. Collaborate with attorneys and senior consultants to ensure accurate case guidance. Guide clients through contract signing and initial payment collection. Maintain organized records and follow up with prospective clients in a timely manner. What We’re Looking For Fluent in English and Spanish — written and verbal (required). 6+ months of experience in sales, client intake, or a consultative role. Strong communicator who can simplify complex information for clients. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
