The Wellness Nurse supports resident care within the branch, ensuring residents' daily medication needs are met with compassion and dignity, allowing them to live their lives to the fullest. Understand and follow the “Six rights of medication administration” and all Bickford policies and procedures regarding medication management. Understand and appropriately utilize the eMAR system for medication administration. Communicate appropriately with clinical leadership for clarification and direction regarding resident medication administration and care. Provide direct resident care and supervise the resident care work of non‑licensed team members and other areas of the branch as appropriate. Lead by demonstrating Bickford Mission “Whatever it Takes” to all other team members on shift. Qualifications Active license as an LPN or registered nurse in good standing. Willingness to take additional training or education, as required by specific states. CPR and First Aid certifications required. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Written and verbal communication skills for effective communication. Organizational and time‑management skills. Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
