You owe it to yourself to consider this great new opportunity. Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour (1-year Contract) Shift: 8am-5pm - HYBRID - 4 days in office, 1 day remote. Remote day is flexible. In-office training will last approximately 2-3 months. What’s a typical day as Employee Experience Representative? You’ll be: Delivering exceptional customer service to employees by researching, resolving, and responding to HR-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Administering tactical HR processes, including talent acquisition support, internal transfers, organizational management, employee record maintenance, and training administration. Managing document systems and preparing moderately complex documents using standard office software. Gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data for HR reports and insights. Supporting payroll processing, including validating, inputting, and maintaining payroll data, preparing payroll reports, and reconciling payroll records. Initiating and monitoring onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Participating in continuous improvement projects and collaborating with HR colleagues to optimize processes. Upholding confidentiality and adhering to organizational policies and procedures. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have post-secondary, non-tertiary education. Bring basic experience with office or operational systems (4 to 6 months preferred). Demonstrate strong verbal communication, planning, organizing, and computer skills. Possess attention to detail, data analysis, and numerical skills. Are comfortable learning new systems and developing knowledge of HR policies and regulatory codes. Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
