Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee the daily press room operations within our clients manufacturing facility. This position offers a salary of $50K - $75K (depending on experience) +benefits. The successful candidate must be mechanically inclined as 50% of this position entails being hands on in the shop. Position Summary: The Production Supervisor will assist in overseeing all press room operations on a day-to-day basis and will report to the General Manager. Responsibilities include: Communicate with, interact with, and manage press room operators; Training press room operators to be self-proficient; Trouble shooting tool and press problems; Keeping records of all press room jobs ran. Qualifications to be successful in this role: 2-4 years of manufacturing experience; 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience; Excellent verbal and written communication; Complex problem solving ability; Sound judgment and decision making skills; Ability to manage time efficiently; Strong interpersonal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Career Connection Network
