What We Offer Air‑conditioned facility — because Arizona is no joke Hourly rate based on experience with weekly pay Monday‑Friday 2:00 pm–10:30 pm Paid holidays Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) All tools and equipment provided The Role The Welder/Fabricator builds laser‑cut automated parts into complete welded assemblies from start to finish — including grinding, finishing, and quality verification. Primary work is MIG welding in production volume with minimal TIG required (and we’ll train you on TIG).
