Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of current experience within the last 3 years in a hospital outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated pelvic health experience. Must be fully independent in pelvic health clinical care without mentorship.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Pattern: Monday–Thursday 9-hour shifts, Friday 4-hour shift. Shifts and start times are somewhat flexible.
• Positions Available: 1.
