ERx Group has an opening for a family physician to practice emergency medicine on a PRN basis. Job details include an average daily volume of 7-10 patients, single physician coverage, and use of the CPSI EMR. Shifts range from 7a-7a with a maximum of 24 hours. Top attractions to visit in Hot Springs are Jackson River Homestead, Hidden Valley Trail, Appalachian Horse Adventures, and The Homestead. Requirements include EM experience, current ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, and board certification/eligibility in IM, FP, or EM. Benefits include independent contractor status (1099) and paid A+ malpractice insurance with a flexible schedule.
