$65k - $70kAssembly Democratic Campaign Committee
About the Assembly Democratic Campaign Committee The Wisconsin Assembly Democratic Campaign Committee (WI ADCC) is the only Democratic organization solely focused on recruiting, training, and electing Democrats to the Wisconsin State Assembly. With new legislative maps, we are fighting for a Democratic Majority in 2026. Campaign Manager Role The Campaign Manager will be responsible for all departments of each campaign, including finance, field, political and communications. The Campaign Manager will report directly to the candidate and a Regional Campaigns Director. The ideal candidates will have at least one cycle of campaign experience and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced, and innovative environment. The work will require travel, evening, and weekend hours and will be based in a targeted assembly district in Wisconsin. Job Responsibilities Work with a team of consultants and caucus staff to draft and implement a robust campaign plan that outlines campaign efforts through Election Day, including fundraising, voter contact, volunteer recruitment, local stakeholder outreach, and local media outreach. Manage the candidate to ensure that strategic campaign objectives are being met. Develop and execute a multifaceted finance plan with programs aimed at multiple donor categories (including PACs, high and low dollar individuals, and other institutional givers). Manage candidate/principal call time, including donor research, tracking pledges, conducting all follow‑up correspondence, and officially thanking donors. Build on, manage, and improve the existing donor database to identify, research, and recruit new donors. Report to, coordinate with, and ensure ADCC HQ staff are fully informed of all progress and roadblocks in the district, preventing information silos or information gatekeeping. Develop and nurture relationships with key community leaders, neighborhood associations, opinion leaders, and organizations. Oversee field operations, including canvass scheduling and launches, volunteer recruitment, engagement and retention. Collaborate with candidate/principal, caucus staff and consultants on messaging, outreach strategy, and get‑out‑the‑vote activities. Prepare candidate/principal for interviews & debates, create press releases, manage press relationships and rapid‑response communications. Supervise and manage campaign staff, interns, and volunteers. Manage day‑to‑day campaign operations, coordinate candidate/principal’s schedule and prioritize to ensure time is allocated wisely. On‑year requirements include working outside of normal work hours, including canvassing and other election‑preparation as necessary. Compensation Salary range for this position is $65,000–$70,000 annually depending on qualifications and experience. All caucus staff are provided with a full health care benefits package, including vision and dental. ADCC Values The ADCC is dedicated to building a collaborative and supportive workplace. The organization prioritizes a work environment that is racially just, equitable, and inclusive and holds our vendors to the same standard. Individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences are highly encouraged to apply. Qualifications Qualified candidates must be highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
