• Required Certifications: BLS/ACLS 
• Years of Experience: 1.5+ 
• Float Requirements: Yes

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 16 
• Patient Ratios: ICU 2:1, IMU 3:1, Tele 1:5 
• Equipment: Cardiac monitor, Hill-Rom Progressive Care series with bed scale, Abbott Glucometer, EndoTool, Bair Hugger, TR band, Hotline 3 fluid warmer, Baxter IV pumps, Bedside Dialysis capability
• EHR: Meditech EMR

• Patient Population adult

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: EKG interpretation, critical thinking skills, knowledge of critical drips (vasopressors, sedation) titration knowledge, Active RN license
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Teamwork 
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: COPD, ARF, DKA, Sepsis, Shock 
• Personality Fit: Team oriented and flexible and adaptable

• Required Education: Associate degree, BSN preferred
