Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Compassionate approach toward working with children of varying abilities
• Ability to create individualized intervention plans based on student needs
• Comfortable conducting assessments and accurately documenting progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Assess student needs and goals, utilizing standardized assessment tools
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student care plans
• Document services, progress notes, and evaluations efficiently in compliance with state and district policies
• Educate and guide classroom staff on accommodations and strategies to support student participation
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and adaptive environment that supports every child’s success
