Scaffold E&D Foreman – Level 1 Overview Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Scaffold E&D Foreman to design, organize, and supervise the erection and dismantling of various types of scaffolding while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities Design a variety of scaffold types and order required materials to maintain workflow. Perform all necessary documentation, including delivery/pick‑up tickets, timesheets, extra work authorizations, safety plans, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and scaffold inspection checklists. Act as a mentor and coach to Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenters to aid in their development. Work with tools from to time. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years as a Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter or equivalent experience. Trade school preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work comfortably and safely at considerable heights. Bilingual a plus. Skills & Abilities Effectively supervise a crew or direct up to three Lead Carpenters to erect and dismantle scaffolding under the supervision of an E&D Foreman 2 or E&D Supervisor. Good knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffolding. Strong understanding of various types of scaffolding material to ensure intended loads are not exceeded. Physical Demands Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more. Work indoors and outdoors as required by the job. Compensation Base Pay Range: $21.38 – $26.72 per hour.
