The SAP Security and GRC Consultant demonstrates excellent technical competency handling compliance related topics within the SAP space and is proficient with internal IT Controls concepts. Identifies areas of IT risk in the client’s SAP environment and opportunities to help them to improve compliance and secure their business processes.Duties & Responsibilities:Develops and implements SAP security policies, architecture and processes. This function includes identifying SAP security solutions, implementing standards and best practices, identifying and remediating vulnerabilities and other associated compliance activities.Works with the Solution architect and business owners to translate business requirements into SAP Security designTranslates business requirements into a robust security model for SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, BW/BI, HANA, Fiori, CRM, SCM, PI, GRC implementation in accordance with the overall business and IT strategyAdministration/Troubleshooting of complex SAP security issuesResponsible for the effectiveness of SAP Security Controls (Emergency Access, SOD Compliance, etc.) and addressing audit findings in SAP environmentsImplements various modules of GRC Access Control – ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM along with complex workflow layouts using MSMP and BRF+Sets up connectors with ECC and other environments in an SAP landscape and perform technical configuration of GRC modulesEnsures security compliance and regulatory requirements of the client, including global compliance standards and regulations such as SOX, J-SOX, ITAR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, etc. is requiredBasic Qualifications:5 years of SAP Security design and implementation experience with at least 1 SAP greenfield project implementation2 years of GRC 10.1/GRC 12 Access Control implementation experience (should be primary) with at least 1 new implementationStrong experience working with internal and external auditors, remediating gaps in IT/SAP auditsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skillsStrong customer facing skillsNice to Have:Relevant security certifications such as from SAP or CISA/CISSP, etc. will be preferredS/4 HANA security implementation / certification is preferredImplementation experience with GRC Process Control module and integration with Access Control is preferredTravel: candidates must be able to work on-site in Ann Arbor, MI and travel up to 20% domestically and internationallyThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
