What You’ll Do Lead Sales Strategy: Analyze local market trends and create dynamic Sales & Marketing Plans Lead Sales Strategy: Build and manage referral networks to generate consistent leads Lead Sales Strategy: Advance prospects from inquiry through commitment using CRM tools Lead Sales Strategy: Conduct weekly strategy meetings with the Executive Director Lead Sales Strategy: Submit regular sales performance reports Drive Revenue & Growth: Meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets Drive Revenue & Growth: Leverage pricing, services, and inventory strategies to maximize top-line performance Drive Revenue & Growth: Conduct competitive analysis and adjust strategy accordingly External Business Development: Deliver professional presentations to referral partners External Business Development: Secure and maintain required credentialing with healthcare facilities External Business Development: Strengthen community partnerships to grow census Oversee Move-In Experience: Coordinate resident assessments and paperwork completion Oversee Move-In Experience: Ensure regulatory compliance and smooth transitions Financial & Team Leadership: Manage sales budget and expense controls Financial & Team Leadership: Train and coach community teams on sales accountability What We’re Looking For Proven sales and marketing success Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency Independent, goal-driven mindset Flexibility for evenings and weekends Senior Living SalesDirector - Help Families Find the Right Community for Their Loved Ones Senior Living Sales Counselor | Senior Living Advisor | Community Sales Pay Range: 26.60 - 35.50 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
