As a Compliance Program Analyst within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; or Columbus, OH.
The Compliance Program Analyst should demonstrate:• Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Job Description
- Manage the Form I-9 process for new hires, reverifications, and rehires in accordance with federal requirements and established company procedures
- Review Form I-9 submissions and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Monitor employment authorization expiration dates and coordinate timely reverification activities with employees and internal partners
- Provide clear guidance to employees, managers, recruiters, and HR partners regarding Form I-9 and work authorization requirements
- Process employment eligibility cases through E-Verify, when applicable, and follow required procedures for case results and follow-up actions
- Partners with Legal, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, and HR teams to resolve complex employment eligibility matters.
- Monitor USCIS communication and publications for changes to immigration requirements, employment authorization eligibility, Form I-9 procedures, and applicable laws; evaluate impacts and recommend timely updates to policies, procedures, templates, training materials, and communications.
