Position Overview

We are in search of committed and empathetic Primary Care Physicians, specializing in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, to become part of our expanding teams in Northern Virginia. We have multiple full-time positions available and are looking for healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-focused care within a collaborative and nurturing clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to a varied patient demographic.
• Diagnose, treat, and oversee both acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct routine physical examinations, preventive health assessments, and wellness evaluations.
• Create individualized treatment plans and offer health education to patients.
• Work in partnership with specialists and coordinate patient care as necessary.
• Provide light phone call coverage for urgent matters or follow-ups.
• Collaborate with a supportive medical team, including mid-level providers.
• Ensure accurate and current medical records are maintained in the EMR system.

Minimum Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Current licensure or eligibility to obtain a license in Virginia.
• Successful completion of a residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Experience with or a willingness to learn the EPIC EMR system.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $250,000.00 - $552,240.00 annually

Compensation is not considered earned until it is vested and determined according to applicable policies and benefit plans. The availability and amount of any bonuses, incentives, or additional benefits are subject to the terms of those plans and may be modified at the organization's discretion, in compliance with applicable laws.
