Pallet Sorter

Location: Lugoff, SC 29078

Pay: $16.50/hr

Shifts: 3rd shift 6pm - 6am

Summary: The Pallet Sorter will be sorting wooden pallets by hand, separating damaged pallets, performing a quality check.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities and Expectations
• Safety toed boots and other PPE provided
• Nail gun experience preferred but not required.
• Sort wooden pallets
• Separate damaged pallets
• Identify the difference between pallet grades and separating them

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull wooden pallets regularly
• Requires quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality
• Observance of all safety rules and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardized requirements exist
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Excellent oral and written communication skills needed
