Clinician: Community Center Based (Non-Licensed)

Overview Devereux Florida is hiring a Clinician for the Neighborhood Center for Families Program in Orange County. The program delivers intensive therapeutic and supportive services in community settings to children, youth and families, providing individual, family, couples, or group therapy in non-clinical settings to strengthen family functioning and improve well-being. Responsibilities Provide therapy to individuals of all ages, families, couples, and/or groups; position housed at a Community Center. Provide intensive therapeutic services, assess clients, and formulate individualized multidisciplinary treatment plans. Collaborate with treatment team members and case managers. Work in collaboration with partner agencies to meet the varying needs of community members. Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology required Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida preferred Two years' experience working directly with children, adolescents and families OR related experience under supervision of a licensed clinician preferred Valid Driver's license Must be at least 21 years of age or older Must be willing to meet clients in community setting Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings including Drug Test and TB Test Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida Pay and Schedule Pay starts at $50,000 per year, salary based on relevant education and experience. Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, with occasional evening and weekend requirements. Location: Apopka-Zellwood site (6565 Willow St, Zellwood, FL 32798).
