Manager, Environment and Sustainability (required Hybrid Clinton, PA or Boston, MA)

Overview Haemonetics is seeking an Environment and Sustainability Manager to lead the development and execution of its environmental and decarbonization strategy, driving measurable progress toward emissions reduction and resource efficiency goals. Responsibilities Lead the tracking, validation, and reporting of Scope1 and Scope2 greenhouse gas emissions Develop methodologies and systems to quantify and manage Scope3 emissions across the value chain Implement and continuously improve environmental data management systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency in sustainability reporting Partner with Facilities, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross‑functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement energy efficiency and cost‑saving initiatives Develop and help execute the company’s decarbonization roadmap, including identifying reduction opportunities, modeling scenarios, and tracking progress against targets Support and maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS), ensuring alignment with ISO14001 standards and driving continuous improvement in environmental performance and compliance Conduct environmental impact analyses and risk assessments to support operational decision‑making and regulatory compliance Monitor emerging environmental regulations, sustainability trends, and industry best practices, translating them into actionable strategies for the organization Lead cross‑functional sustainability initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and successful implementation of new processes and technologies Prepare internal and external sustainability reports, disclosures, and communications, ensuring data integrity and alignment with applicable frameworks and standards Provide training, guidance, and subject‑matter expertise to internal stakeholders to promote environmental awareness and accountability across the organization Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track environmental performance, enabling data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to support sustainability initiatives, including emissions reduction, responsible sourcing, and Scope3 data collection Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (MS acceptable) 6–10years of experience in environmental, sustainability, EHS, or energy management roles ISO14001 experience strongly preferred; ISO14001 training and/or Internal Auditor certification preferred Experience or certification in greenhouse gas accounting (e.g., GHGProtocol, carbon accounting, or emissions verification) strongly preferred Familiarity with REACH, RoHS, PFAS restrictions, TSCA, Conflict Minerals, California Proposition65, EU MDR substance requirements, WEEE Directive, PPWR preferred Pay Transparency Annual salary range: $103,600.00–$176,400.00.
