Position: Devops Engineer


Type: Nearshore role


Location: LATAM/Mexico

ENVIRONMENT:


Plus- someone with dev experience


Devops team will trouble shoot; spin up visual studio and understand c#/ how databases work.


Don't need to code per say but can step through code to find errors (Pedro has dev background and it is very useful.


Plus- Terraform-


Now required***


Can script a bit for tweaking, dev background is nice


Bicep scripts & ARM templates. - specific to azure


They script out deployment of infrastructure


Maturing environment- security is maturing as well


Thursday night deployments- sometimes some after hours

• Kubernetes will start moving into future platform engineering initiative that - infancy- spin up clusters etc.
