Under minimalsupervision,the Senior Contract Accountant coordinates financial activities for assigned local, state, and federal contracts byassistingin contract managementsubsequent tothe instrument being executed and signed.Contract management includes the preparation of financial reports; preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end audit schedules; completing account reconciliations and roll-forward schedules that ensure the integrity of the financial datamaintainedand reported by the organization.The Senior Contract Accountantis responsible forensuring that both financial activity and operational activity is reflected accurately and correctly for contracts and will make prudent decisions that aretimely,well researched, and reflect awareness of impact.
