Long-Term Care Registered Nurse

Schedule: Must be available for all shifts.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of one year of recent Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience
• Experience with electronic medical records

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in the Long-Term Care unit.
• Administer medications and perform assessments.
• Develop and implement care plans and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compliance / Notes:

Pay for holidays is based on hours worked on the day of the holiday.
