Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and for service tickets Follow all Green Gables drink recipes, portioning, and presentation standards Provide fast, accurate service during high-volume periods Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times Check IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and policies Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Monitor guest behavior and promote a safe, welcoming environment Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning Skills Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency Basic math and cash handling skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Time management and prioritization skills Familiarity with POS systems (or willingness to learn quickly) Benefits Competitive hourly wage + tips Flexible scheduling Employee discounts on food and beverages Opportunities for advancement within the company Fun, team-oriented work environment Ongoing training and skill development #J-18808-Ljbffr Torsap Thai Kitchen
