IT Business Support Analyst

Duration: 12 month Contract To Hire

Location: Remote within the US (supporting MST)

Pay: $45/hr. w2 + benefits

About the Opportunity:

Our enterprise-level client with a global presence is seeking an IT Business Support Analyst to support a critical Inventory Automation platform and related enterprise applications within a data center environment. This role serves as a key liaison between business users, IT teams, operations, vendors, and development teams to ensure application reliability, successful system integrations, and a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to application support, system integrations, and platform lifecycle issues.
Support data migration and platform consolidation efforts from legacy systems to future-state solutions.
Collaborate with IT, Software Engineering & Development, Operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and system configuration records.

Required Qualifications:

Experience supporting enterprise applications, including ServiceNow, in a business-facing IT environment.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing and resolving ServiceNow tickets.
Experience supporting inventory management, automation, asset management, or operational technology platforms.
Data center industry experience.
Experience supporting system integrations, application lifecycle activities, or data migration initiatives.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis. xhyhwjd
