Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React.js Developer with 7+ years of professional software development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and modern frontend development practices. The candidate should be comfortable working in an Agile environment and collaborating with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and architects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js.
Build reusable and maintainable UI components and frontend frameworks.
Develop applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or equivalent technologies.
Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional web applications.
Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and browser compatibility.
Implement secure authentication and authorization workflows.
Write clean, reusable, testable, and maintainable code.
Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for frontend applications.
Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI, performance, and production issues.
Collaborate with backend engineers, QA teams, architects, product owners, and designers.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployments.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
Experience building reusable React components and frontend architectures.
Strong experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management frameworks.
Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of JavaScript ES6+ concepts.
Experience with React Hooks and modern React development patterns.
Experience with Git and modern source-control workflows.
Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
Strong understanding of web performance optimization and browser compatibility.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Next.js.
Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
Experience developing applications using microservices architectures.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with GraphQL.
Experience with Webpack, Vite, Babel, or similar build tools.
Experience with accessibility standards such as WCAG.
Experience with frontend security best practices.
Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
