Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Collaboratively establishing therapeutic goals with clients and actively tracking their progress throughout their treatment journey. \n
- Offering teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who may prefer or require remote support. \n
- Documenting client interactions and treatment processes meticulously to maintain ethical standards and provide quality care. \n
- Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and remain informed about emerging trends in mental health treatment. \n
Your work will primarily involve collaborating with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction. Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

- A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients. \n
- Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles. \n
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, allowing for effective case management and administrative responsibilities. \n
While not mandatory, we prefer candidates who have previous experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly those who have worked with clients suffering from addiction or those who have undergone trauma. Experience with teletherapy platforms and a proven track record of successful client outcomes will also be advantageous.
