Pay Range: $26.80 - $40.20 A successful candidate’s actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. Responsibilities Under the direction of the radiologist, provides X‑ray services to patients. Closely follows physicians’ instructions, appropriately positions patients, prepares and operates equipment, and accurately records the images requested. Position Specifics Department: Radiology Core Function: Imaging Schedule: Day Shift/Full-time Facility: St John’s Hospital Location: Springfield, IL Sign On Bonus: up to $20,000 Compensation that aligns with your experience Education Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required or must have completed an accredited radiology technology program. Experience Qualifications 1 year experience preferred. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations WI: Licensed Radiographer issued by the WI Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) is required. IL: Accreditation (or Temporary Accreditation) in Medical Radiation Technology issued by the IL Department of Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) is required. Certification/registration or registry‑eligible as a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required. Certification/registration must be obtained within 12 months. Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
