Physical Therapist (PT) We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Caro and surrounding areas. This position is eligible for $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
