Position Overview

Radiant Mind Healing Hub is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. As a vital component of our outpatient services, you will provide therapeutic interventions and support that directly contribute to improved mental health outcomes for individuals, couples, and families.

Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of remote work while primarily serving clients in an outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather valuable information regarding clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using established evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client, setting achievable goals and defining interventions that promote progress.
• Engage in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multi-disciplinary professionals to ensure continuity of care and holistic treatment for clients.
• Participate in treatment team meetings to develop and execute client-centered therapeutic strategies that align with best practices in mental health.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary to ensure the well-being of clients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation consistent with ethical and legal standards, facilitating clear communication regarding client progress.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support networks to enhance client engagement and foster a sense of community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and foster therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting are preferred. Experience dealing with diverse client populations and a proven track record of successful therapeutic outcomes is advantageous.
