YOUR DAY COULD INCLUDE:

• Diagnosing and repairing heating & air conditioning systems with expertise
• Communicating clearly and professionally with every homeowner
• Recommending solutions tailored to each unique situation
• Mentoring up-and-coming technicians
• Representing a brand known for integrity and excellence

Schedule:

• Full-time role in Pittsburgh, PA
• Initial training in Morgantown, WV for up to 60 days
• Flexible scheduling based on service demands

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• Experience as an HVAC technician
• Relevant certifications and licenses
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Willingness to complete training in Morgantown, WV (60 days or less) before transitioning to Pittsburgh
