salary: $33.65 - 38.64 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

• Lead the development, cost and manpower loading, and execution of baseline construction schedules using industry-accepted best practices.

• Monitor progress on multiple projects, analyze schedule changes, and conduct Time Impact Analyses to identify trends and evaluate construction status.

• Partner with operations, owners, and subcontractors, representing Our Client and its partners with a high degree of professionalism.

• Support bid proposals and deliver specialized scheduling and planning training to internal teams.

• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing department policies and traveling to project sites to provide guidance.
