Job OverviewThe Product Manager is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and bringing innovative products to market. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and market understanding. The Product Manager will work closely with various departments across Hubbell, conduct market research, identify consumer needs, and guide product development from ideation to launch. A Day In The LifeConduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities Generating innovative ideas for new products or enhancements based on market insights and consumer demands Managing the product development lifecycle, including design, prototyping, testing, and final product releaseWorking closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into tangible product featuresIdentifying and mitigating potential risks or obstacles throughout the product development processConducting product testing, collecting feedback, and iterating on product designs for improvementsPreparing regular reports on project status, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the planCommunicating effectively with stakeholders, presenting product plans, progress updates, and strategiesEnsuring products comply with industry regulations, standards, and safety requirements throughout the development processIdentifying opportunities for product optimization, enhancements, or new iterations based on customer feedback and market changes.
