Millennium Physician Group is seeking a dedicated primary care clinician for an independent practice setting in Lake Placid, Florida. In this role, you will focus on chronic disease management and preventive care for a Medicare Advantage population while retaining full clinical autonomy. The position offers a predictable Monday through Friday schedule backed by comprehensive administrative and clinical support platforms.
