Bilingual Leasing Consultant

Job Description The Leasing Consultant role is responsible for attracting and screening potential tenants, providing information about available properties, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Key Responsibilities Attract and screen potential tenants Provide information about available properties Negotiate lease terms Ensure a smooth leasing process Lease properties to prospective tenants and maintain high occupancy rates Maintain positive relationships with current residents Market and promote available properties Conduct property tours and screen applicants Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move‑in Respond to in‑person, phone, and email inquiries and set appointments Assist with completing weekly, monthly, and special reports Determine resident needs and respond promptly to concerns Explain lease and community policies to new and current residents Plan, organize, and conduct resident functions as directed by the Property Manager Uphold ethical standards, fair housing regulations, and company policies in all leasing activities Work at least one to two weekends each month as required Qualifications Valid driver's license 1+ year of sales or leasing experience (strongly preferred) High School Diploma or equivalent Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Strong negotiating and sales abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office products Knowledge of internet, email, and social media for community marketing Knowledge of property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, Resman, etc.) Knowledge of business practices and principles Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks Ability to cope with stress in a composed manner Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Benefits Competitive pay Full‑time, career‑track position Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Housing discounts Vacation and paid holidays Exceptional 401(k) plan with employer match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental health and wellness Paid time off and floating holidays for personal use Flexible 401(k) plans Credits for fitness programs and incentives for annual health check‑ups Discount programs for pet insurance Equal Opportunity Statement ZRS Management is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
