Assistant Nurse Manager - Telemetry Unit

Role Overview: This position involves managing patient care, personnel, equipment, and departmental statistics within a healthcare facility. Responsibilities Supervise staff including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development. Ensure departmental productivity aligns with operational goals and assist in developing staffing, revenue, and expense budgets. Oversee patient care plans tailored to patients' age and needs, documenting interventions appropriately. Coordinate staffing, conduct performance reviews, and manage staff communication and scheduling, including overtime and disciplinary actions. Monitor staff productivity, conduct performance evaluations, and recommend improvements. Support staff scheduling, payroll, and performance management processes. Qualifications & Skills RN license with a nursing diploma or associate's degree. 2-5 years of experience; preferred bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience.
