Respiratory Therapist Opportunity

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification
• RRT
• ACLS

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0700-1930
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Work assignments are paired with step down and or floor assignment.
• On average responsible for 8 vented patients in a unit.
• Floor assignments consist of 3-4 floors.
• On average 2-3 intrahospital transports per shift.
• Equipment used includes Servo i vent, V60 BiPAP, and iStat for ABG analysis.
