Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical & Step Down Unit - Lawrence, KS

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality care to medical and step-down patients on the unit
- Monitor patient vital signs and recognize changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families regarding discharge instructions and ongoing care needs
What You Need
- Active Kansas Registered Nursing License
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1+ year of recent medical/surgical or step-down unit experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
