Job Title Sales Operations Specialist Location Washington County OR 97005 (Hybrid: 4 days onsite per week) Duration 14+ months (Possible Extension) Pay Range $34/hr - $36/hr Local Candidate Notice Local candidates only. This is a project-based role with potential for extension. Role Overview The Fast Tee Program Sales & GTM Coordinator will support Fast Tee COE (Velocitee) by enabling rapid execution of graphic T-shirt programs in response to sports moments and marketplace opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, go‑to‑market planning, and merchandising support, ensuring Fast Tee programs are delivered on time and accurately to marketplace teams. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of Fast Tee programs from sell‑in through replenishment, ensuring sales teams and accounts meet critical deadlines. Engage directly with Marketplace Sales teams to collect Fast Tee orders and ensure timely submission against program timelines. Track order status, follow up with accounts, and resolve order discrepancies to ensure on‑time completion. Create and maintain pre‑season sales tools and presentations that showcase new T‑shirt graphics for effective sell‑in. Assist with go‑to‑market activities including creating visual or virtual tee wall presentations to support selling and merchandising. Support replenishment efforts by helping trigger re‑orders for fast‑selling T‑shirts when applicable. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Account partners, internal stakeholders, and sales teams to drive program success. Qualifications Required / Non‑Negotiable Skills Ability to pull, evaluate, and present data effectively to a wide audience. Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Operates quickly, works independently, and demonstrates strong attention to detail. Preferred Experience Previous experience in sales execution, go‑to‑market operations, merchandising, or retail operations in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable engaging directly with sales teams and external accounts to drive timely execution. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required. 2‑4 years of relevant experience preferred.
