Shift Manager

The Bronson Family McDonald’s independent franchise is hiring a Shift Manager. This role will lead shifts, ensuring timely and friendly service while upholding quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Lead crew and other managers during each shift. Plan shift tasks and monitor performance. Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Monitor safety, security and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth transition. Assist departments in meeting operational targets. Essential Duties (During Shift) Food safety Internal communication Inventory management Daily maintenance and cleanliness Managing crew Quality food production Exceptional customer service Safety and security Scheduling Training Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age; legal U.S. work eligibility. Previous leadership experience, preferably in restaurants, retail or hospitality. Strong communication, problem‑solving and time‑management skills. Positive team‑player attitude with flexibility for varied schedules. Commitment to fast‑paced service environment. Benefits and Compensation Base pay starting at $15 hourly, fully certified shift managers at $18 hourly.
