Residential HVAC Installer | $28.00 - $36.00 per hour + bonuses We pay full system bonuses, warranty bonuses, and cash spiffs. Potential annual earnings $125,000 Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm, with occasional overtime Work Schedule: Monday through Friday Overview This position is primarily residential retrofit /changeout with the occasional light commercial install. Benefits Medical 70% paid for employee Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid vacation - 40 hours, after 2 years 80 hours 3 Paid Sick days (24 hours) 401K 6 Paid holidays Company vehicle / uniform / phone What You Will Be Doing Residential retrofit/changeout installations Excellent customer service Supervise the work of other installers Start up and trouble shoot furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps and condensing units Maintaining high-quality and time job performance Qualifications / Skills 2 + years of Residential Retrofit/changeout HVAC Install experience EPA Universal Certification Ability to pass NATE core test within 3 months of hire date Basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings Able to size and draw duct work correctly Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, wiring diagrams High school diploma or its equivalent Valid driver's license & insurable driving record Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
