Buyer & Supply Chain Exe (F&B /Remote/KL Travel Required) Location: Singapore (Frequent travel to Malaysia) Role Overview: Responsible for end-to-end procurement and supplier management across Singapore and Malaysia. The role focuses on sourcing and developing reliable suppliers, ensuring consistent supply and product quality, while driving cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Supplier Development Source, assess, and onboard suppliers to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing. Cost Control & Negotiation Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to achieve cost optimization without compromising quality. Supply Stability & Quality Assurance Monitor supply continuity, maintain product quality standards, and conduct regular yield checks. Supplier Management Manage supplier relationships, contracts, audits, and ensure compliance with company standards. Procurement Operations Handle purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and coordinate closely with receiving teams. Inventory & Operational Support Support inventory control and resolve operational issues related to procurement. Process Improvement & Training Develop and standardize SOPs, and provide guidance or training to new suppliers where required. Requirements 3–6 years of procurement experience, preferably within F&B Industry . Strong sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management capabilities.
