SAP Concur Engineer / Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SAP Concur Engineer / Consultant to support SAP Concur implementation, integration, configuration, and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Concur solutions and a strong understanding of enterprise travel and expense processes, system integrations, data, and business workflows.
The role will involve working closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze existing solutions, design and implement improvements, and ensure successful integration of SAP Concur with other enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, maintain, and enhance SAP Concur solutions based on business requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Concur functional and technical solutions.
• Design and support integrations between SAP Concur and ERP, HR, financial, and other enterprise systems.
• Work with SAP Concur modules, including Concur Expense, Concur Travel, and related solutions .
• Analyze existing configurations, workflows, policies, organizational structures, and integration points.
• Support data migration, data validation, and data integration activities.
• Develop and maintain integration specifications, technical documentation, and solution design documents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Concur configuration, integration, and data-related issues.
• Collaborate with functional teams, developers, integration teams, business users, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Identify system improvements, potential risks, dependencies, and technical constraints.
• Support release management and implementation activities.
• Ensure solutions align with SAP Concur best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur .
• Strong understanding of SAP Concur configuration and administration.
• Experience with Concur Expense and/or Concur Travel .
• Experience with SAP Concur integrations and enterprise application interfaces.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, file-based integrations, and data exchange concepts.
• Good understanding of business processes related to travel, expense, finance, and employee data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional, configuration, integration, and data issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a distributed project team.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Concur certification.
• Experience with Concur Integration Services (CIS) and/or Concur APIs.
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, HR, Finance, or other business applications
• Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with data migration and integration projects.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies.
• Experience working in large-scale SAP transformation or system integration projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong technical documentation and solution-design skills.

Experience

• Relevant hands-on experience with SAP Concur implementation, configuration, administration, integration, support, or enhancement .
• Experience level may vary based on the candidate's overall SAP Concur expertise and project responsibilities.
• Candidates with experience ranging from junior to senior level are encouraged to apply.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant SAP Concur certifications and professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
