Talcott Financial Group is seeking an Assistant General Counsel for Capital Markets to support debt and equity offerings, 144A materials, and related securities work. The role offers hybrid work from NYC, Hartford, or Charlotte and reports to the Deputy General Counsel.
The ideal candidate has a J.D., bar admission, at least five years in capital markets or treasury, and strong negotiation and drafting skills to collaborate with Treasury and business partners.
