Record Center Specialist 1

Our client, a leading organization in the records management and logistics industry, is seeking dedicated Record Center Specialists 1 to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist 1, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting efficient storage, retrieval, and management of physical records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Record Center Specialist 1

Location: Cudahy, WI

Pay Range: $18/hr. 

Shift: (08:00 AM - 06:00 PM)

What's the Job?

• Process orders and move boxes of files, books, and backup tapes efficiently and accurately
• Manually lift, carry, and load boxes ranging from 10 to over 100 pounds
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
• Read labels, track orders, and ensure proper storage and retrieval of records
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and moving heavy boxes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good reading and writing skills in English
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and procedures
