Support and coach others to be their best. Generate and report on data about our production to help keep the team on track.Analyze processes and equipment with very high standards to identify areas of operational improvement. Ensure unit policies and procedures are being followed in their area of operations and coach others in compliance to policies and procedures. Provide ongoing training to team members to maintain correct equipment and line operations and procedures.
