Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with a passion for supporting students are sought for flexible contract positions in a dynamic school environment near Orange Park, FL. Be part of a valued health services team, providing vital care across elementary, middle, and high school settings. As a school-based LPN, youll perform essential health room duties, respond to students needs throughout the day, and collaborate closely with educational staff.

These roles are offered on a part-time, PRN (substitute/per-diem) basis, with the potential for full-time assignments as opportunities arise. The academic schedule runs from August 10, 2026 to May 28, 2027. Orientation and training are provided before the start date to ensure you feel confident and prepared in your new environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida LPN license
• High school diploma or GED
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• School-based nursing experience is a plus
• Able to complete fingerprinting and JLA badge credentialing (may take up to 3 weeks)
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and adaptability

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct care and first aid to students as needed
• Manage student medications and daily health needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with faculty and parents regarding student welfare
• Participate in required orientation and ongoing training sessions
