Sr. Network Engineer :

Job responsibilities and duties include:

• Design and implement the corporate Network Systems and Automation.
• Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, DHCP, Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Involve in Migration of I95 and 495 Roadside networks from Layer2 to Layer3 network.
• Involve in network equipment and manage subcontractors involved with network installations.
• Implement DMVPN and upgrade Verizon internet bandwidth from 50Mbps to 100Mbps with cisco ASR Routers & FireEye implementation to mitigate network attacks.
• Configure firewalls for data centers. Build redundancy routes from US Transurban to Australia Transurban networks.
• Configure routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.
• Maximize network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Arrange scheduled upgrades.
• Investigate faults in the network.
• Update network equipment to the latest firmware releases.
• Report network status to key stakeholders.
• Involve in Network Automation develops network and system automation.
• Develop Python libraries to automate physical and virtual machine and Network infrastructure.
• Automate the configuration of network stack from system to access to core services.
• Use Configuration Management tool, Ansible, upgrade multiple Networks at one time.

REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Engineering Management, or any related field of study, plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s).

In lieu of the above-stated primary education and experience requirements, employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Engineering Management, or any related field of study plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any related position(s).
